What ages is AIPlayBase for?
Kids (5–10), Teens (11–17) and Adults (18+). One family account covers every age in your home.
How much does it cost?
Lite is free forever. Full access is $9 per month or $90 per year for each child, or $500 per year for the Family plan with 2 parents and up to 5 kids.
Who creates the account?
Only adults can create an account. A parent or guardian adds each child and gives consent before the child can play.
What information do you collect about my child?
A nickname, birth month and year, an avatar and learning progress. We do not ask for a child's real name, photo, email or school.
Can my child talk to other users?
No. Kids never message other users and have no public profiles.
What is Robo?
Robo is the AI companion that guides missions. It is off by default, and you decide whether your child can use it.
Can I see or delete my child's data?
Yes. From your parent dashboard you can review and export your child's data, or delete it at any time.
Are there ads?
No. There are no ads, and we never sell personal information.
Which languages are available?
English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) and French (Canada). English is the primary language.
Can I use an education savings account or scholarship?
We are working toward becoming an approved provider in state scholarship programs. Visit our Scholarships page to get updates.
Do you work with schools?
Yes. Teachers and schools can join our pilot list on the Schools page.
